Bought and installed a unit from this guy. Looking back lots of red flags, sloppy work, unprofessional, etc. Stopped returning texts and calls after install. He promised to service it the first time with install. Claimed he has an illness via email was the only way I could contact him. Stay Away!!!!Services: Installation

Brian Reishman or Brian Smith, not sure what he goes by now. He was the most charismatic and smooth-talking HVAC technician I’ve ever spoken with. Told us about how he taught HVAC and ran a large HVAC company for many years and had over 30yrs experience. What we learned is he likely meant experience ripping people off. He talked us out of buying our own HVAC equipment direct from the supplier and instead use him, as he would make sure we get the best equipment at the best price. First he quoted us the price of the entire job would be $8K installed all-in price. Brian was a true professional during our HVAC repair process. HIs pricing was very competitive and he even registered our products for us. We will use Home Pros of Charlotte for our annual maintenance.
