The Team at Home Instead always made sure we had coverage for my mom and got her to her appts safely and on time. If a Caregiver's personality or my mom's conflicted, we simply talked and they found someone more suited. We were with them close to 3 years. My mom has moved to Assisted Living but she hopes to see her last caregiver in the near future
Home Instead and the staff has been amazing for our family. With two aging parents struggling with Alzheimer's, they helped us to extend the time they were able to be in their own home. Nicole in scheduling was always kind and helpful in what had to be a tough job. Karen also made the process easy and worked with us from beginning to the end. Caregivers Melodie and Mary have treated our parents like their own family and for that we are grateful.
I share this comment only as an observer. I have had the pleasure of getting to know Gwen who cares for someone close to me and she is extremely patient, sincere, caring and has the perfect demeanor to care for the elderly. Kudos to Gwen and people like her, we need more of them in this world!
