I noticed a discoloration one evening when I got home and right before a big rain started. I called Hollingsworth Roofing the next day around lunch and left a message. Not long after, I had a message that someone would be out the next day to check out the issue. Craig actually arrived less than an hour later. I showed him the problem on the inside as we knew immediately what the issue was and he said he would send someone out the next day or two to get on the roof. By 9 am the next morning the repair was complete. Very courteous, very prompt, very professional and great work.
Hollingsworth put our 30-year roof on 20 years ago. In the interim they have been responsive to storm damage (tree fell on roof) and recent recheck of the roof for minor repairs such as replacing the rubber "boots" around pipes etc. Great customer service and work.
Office people are very polite and helpful on the phone. The roof was inspected and the estimate for repairs and maintenance was provided in mid-June. This was a small job, so they gave us an estimate of timing and worked us in when they could. The company experienced some minor delays due to weather. They did an excellent job of communicating this to us via email. The work was done in early August, which was close to the timing they had projected. A good experience with a great firm! I highly recommend Hollingsworth Roofing.
