Roy was our tech, he was very thorough & explained all his steps. He even took the time to explain to us possible problem areas to keep an eye on. Would recommend Hawx, even after an arrival delay for the appointment.

Awesome job today. Hawx technician Brian came out last time and today Clinton came and they performed my services to the "T". Everything that was promised, he did. Wiping away spider webs, placing product, etc. Even in the rain, Brian went above and beyond and I'm so grateful.
Not only are they always on time, they texted me beforehand to advise that he was on his way and he really was. Excellent service. So glad I changed companies because I can see the care that I was missing from the other company.
