Ask for Daylan- I hope I’m spelling his name right. I was a few days out from my wedding and I had gone to another barber prior, and they did a really poor job. I called Hawk and Fade and Daylan said he could squeeze me in and help me out. He helped correct the workmanship of the previous barber and improved my situation greatly the same day with a discount. I will definitely be back.
I moved to Charlotte from Raleigh. I struggled for years to find a consistent Barber when I lived in Raleigh and worried that I would have the same experience in Charlotte.
After a few bad barbers in Charlotte, I sat down in Yanil’s chair. He’s the only barber I’ll go to in Charlotte. Haven’t had a bad experience yet, and I don’t expect to.
I had an issue with my cut and barber I selected did not have the best customer service, however I’m going to give this place 5 stars simply because the owner reached out to make things right immediately & I could tell he truly cares about his clients.
I will definitely have to give this place a second chance with a different barber in the future.
