I visited this location with my friends for my birthday. The therapist was kind and made sure I was comfortable since I just had baby. The place is clean and calming. Their monthly fee is less compared to other locations. You can still use in other locations in future.
If I could give this location 10 stars, I would. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful! My massage therapist is better than anyone I’ve had in the last 15 years I’ve been getting massages! If you want or need something specific for your massage, communicate with the front desk staff so they can pair you with the right therapist! I had an issue a while back and the team there addressed and resolved it quickly and professionally. Don’t give up until you find who’s the right fit for you. I’m beyond thankful to have found this gem! Highly recommend!!
I walked in completely stressed and walked out at the end of the day feel refreshed and relaxed. I walked in and asked if they had any availability for facial or massage. To my great delight they had a facial available and as I was finished with the facial ready to check out someone called and canceled there massage and again to my great delight I got a massage as well. Loved not being pushed into the monthly cycle. I asked questions and they answered it was a great experience hands down ? pun intended (get it Hand & Stone) ☺️
