First of all great customer service!!! Friendly and very professional. Next my hair has never looked and felt so great since I have moved to Charlotte from the DMV area. I loved everything about the process from the genuine sincerity from entering the shop to the slaying of my hair. Excellent client service, very professional and caring. Alycia is my stylist and she does fantastic work, they all do. She listened to what I wanted and the type of style I was trying to achieve and she nailed it. I loved the results and I continue to return for more great hair care and styling.
