There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Margie, Kiersten, and the representative that set our appointment at Hair Fairies in Charlotte. When I found out that my son had lice, I panicked. I called four different places that were closer to us and not one person picked up. I called Hair Fairies and they answered. The person that answered said that she was helping someone else but will call me back in a couple of minutes - and she did! She was able to keep me calm, answer all of my questions, and was able to get us in the next day. Margie was AMAZING! Of course, nobody wants to have to deal with this EVER - but if you come across this situation, I highly recommend Margie and Hair Fairies. Margie helped take my anxiety down a couple of notches, answered all of my questions and was very thorough with both of my girls. Thank you for all you do and for helping us!!
No one wants their kids to have lice but goodness, are we thankful for the Lice fairies! ?♀️ our two girls were treated by Margie and she was in patient, kind, and best of all - handled the problem for us!!
