I always get a nice haircut and nice service when I come here. I want to point out that during my visit, an angry guest showed up after an error with the online queuing app. The Great Clips staff were very polite and explained to the guest that their individual store has no control over the app, but they were happy to take him as soon as they had an available staff member to cut his hair. The man refused to listen to their explanation and demanded to be put at the top of the list, and that he deserved preferential treatment because of the app glitch and because he was a "loyal customer." everybody's really nice and you can sign in online and they take walk-ins The haircut you get's going to vary. Some better than others. Price is about what I've seen at other places. they seem to be very kid friendly.
I had a bad haircut, but the manager was so nice and corrected. Not sure if the lady that cut my hair was new or just out of school. But the manager was very professional and helpful even though I left with shorter hair than I wanted she did steep up to her position and helped and corrected my hair. I wish everywhere managers could step forward and help their employees like she did.
