Public information said it opened at 10 o'clock. I came to the door at 9:40 and waited. By 10 o'clock, it still didn't open, and I couldn't make a reservation on the app.

Welcome at Providence Road West was not courteous and bordered rude because I had shown up there with reservation at a different store. The hairdresser who attended me did a great job and was very polite.Service: Haircut

My son and I got 2 wash and cuts. Both stylist were nice and friendly. My son is difficult to please and he left with a big smile. Myself as well. I had Traci and I didn't catch the other woman's name. We will be back. Thank you very much ladies!!!!
