To the stylist on shift this evening (05/16/24), I urge you to learn to be courteous. I have been a patron of this Great Clips branch for the past 10 years, and this is the first time I have encountered such rude behavior. I believe Great Clips management should ensure that their staff has basic knowledge of customer care and service. We do not need someone who bosses customers around.

I love it there! I love it whenever I don't think we have taken enough hair during my haircut after I get home that I have 7 days to go back and have it fixed at no extra cost.
The store was alil busy however thanks to their online checkin i was able to get my haircut promptly! When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile by Cherese, whom I would soon find to be my stylist. She made me comfortable in her skills right away with a few quick questions, engaged me with pleasant conversation and steadfast attention during my 10 min(?) cut and styling. 6/5, I will certainly be back soon!
