I’ve been here a few times. I dropped my phone on today and was heartbroken as I’ve never dropped it in a the few years I’ve had it. Called and with only 2 hours before closing, the staff assisted me right away and repaired my entire screen in less than 30 mins. They truly are dedicated to the services they provide. Any tech issues with electronics, GoMobile in Charlotte, NC is the place to go. They are open 6 days a week. You won’t be disappointed

Best customer service I could ask for.I had broken my phone screen, these guys got my device working again in about 3 hours. Talk about speed!The back of the phone didn't fully glue shut (my device's fault, not theirs), but they still went out of their way to fix the problem.Thank you for your quick and quality service!

Broke my Samsung flip and was given transparent pricing/advice on preventing it from breaking again, and got my phone fixed in less than a day. Great service I recommend them highly.
