They didn’t even speak when I walked in. And acted too busy to do my nails. I understand it was busy but acknowledge ppl when possible and be kind. It’s not that hard. If it is then maybe your in the wrong industry.

I absolutely LOVE coming to Latoya! Always great conversation, my nails are always on point (I am so ruff on my nails) and I can't see myself going anywhere else here in Charlotte!

Horrible groupon deal, I did not even get to have the mani and pedi done due to an accident with a finger. The person who's phone is on the groupon deal, took several days to respond to my text messages requesting an appointment and once scheduled the voucher was redeemed and the sevice was never provided... I'm still waiting on a reply text from three weeks ago. Simply bad business practices and you truly get what you pay for at Get Nailed. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
