Please please choose someone else for your heating and cooling. After almost 4 weeks without AC and 7 visits to “fix” the issue we still don’t have working AC. Each time this company comes out they tell us it’s fixed, they flip on thermostat and walk out the door, don’t even check to make sure it’s working properly. Finally had another HVAC company come in and diagnose issue. The install was a complete botch, am told there’s so much wrong with it and it will never work. Have to have a new unit installed due to “friends” incompetence. This company has absolutely no integrity in their work.

I cant give 0 stars but this company deserves less that that. They installed a unit incorrectly, then, over the last 4 weeks have been back 6 times trying to rig it and make it work. Instead of ductwork to reduce ducts, they just used a ton of tape which blew wide open. They had the drain capped and water started pouring through my ceiling, then when they "fixed" that, the unit hasnt worked since. The owner has absolutely no self respect because he just keeps sending these 2 highschool looking boys who clearly don't have the knowledge or work ethic to fix the issue. If he gave a damn at all, he would have sent his best or personally fixed it, but he clearly doesn't care...read full review

Employee Jody champion dropped a straw and bag of dope in my home while working on the hvac unit at my apartment complex

The employee worked for friends heating and air

I later looked him up and found he has drug charges plus two breaking and entering on a female with assault.

They don’t do background checks or they just don’t care

It’s sad.. I don’t feel comfortable with this man around me anymore or my kids

My kid could have found that if I didn’t see him drop it out of his pocket getting a screw for the unit
