I was in the office on Saturday 8/17/24. I was pleased with check in the doctor and his assistant. Check out was the issue, I wanted to schedule another appointment for myself and possibly bring my child so I was informed that I would have to come in for another appointment before cleaning. Mind you, I have already been twice in two weeks. And my son is a minor, I was asking questions about the periodontal appointments and the young lady who was at the checkout station really didn't want to be bothered with me asking questions or setting up appointments period, so I walked out. The staff at Friendly Dental at Rivergate is the best Emerson aka E-Money and Jaylyn aka J-Bug and Kara aka Kay their so welcoming and make the process of doing to the dentist easy. Dr. Perez is the best !!!!
Great experience with all the staff members from friendly dental. Mattia did a great job with the X-rays and Kara Dental Hygienist ,Awesome job with cleaning. She is a really nice kind person.
