Delivered flowers for my wife's birthday and forgot the chocolates that were supposed to come with them. Said they would deliver them the next day.... And nothing. Left voicemail and message thru website and was never contacted. Very poor experience.
So I placed an order with a 3rd party company, and they contacted this place for my replacement order. The original amount I paid was $77 from the 3rd party. I guess they discounted it and failed to discuss that with me. this company was set to do $64 bouquet. Umm. This is not a $64 bouquet of flowers. I am very disappointed from both of these companies will never do business with either of them again. These flowers look so depressing. They were supposed to be for a birthday gift. Horrible!
the worst service ever. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on the same day bcs it was an important date and the said that was possible to do it, but my fiancée never received the flowers, I tried to call them, text them, e-mail them and nothing worked. don’t waste your time with this store
