Expansive is a great place to conduct business. The facilities are well kept and Jessica, operations manager for Expansive, is always friendly, willing to help and puts on enjoyable events throughout the year.
This office space was the perfect transition I needed as I am opening multiple locations. Jessica made the entire process easy and comfortable and she is super responsive anytime a question arises. Perfect location and perfect management makes this an ideal location for anyone looking for a spot to house their business.
The kitchen amenities are wonderful (especially the coffee machine), and the break room furniture is comfortable, sensible, and attractive. Most significant of all, Jessica makes us feel very welcome. She is great about Expansive updates and timely communication, and she’s always present, tuned in, and available to help.
