Hands-down outstanding customer service. I had a tornado touchdown where I lived, and Matt with Evergreen Roofing was referred to me by Providence Restoration. Talk about a blessing. Matt not only took care of my problem, but put my mind at ease that it wouldn’t be an issue with my roof and any more leaking due to the damage from the tornado. Mat is honest, extremely polite, punctual, as well as just an awesome human being. He hopped up on that roof and took pictures to show me the before and the after as well as what the issue was. Talk about great customer service! This whole experience was very very traumatic and extremely horrible to go through. Matt came out and immediately found the issue and remediated it with no problem.
