We explained our requirements, got bills for "drawings" that we never received and when challenged it took days to get clarifications that the drawings were "incomplete". We asked for a design for an Outdoor kitchen - which was completely left out of the expensive and elusive drawings when finally sent months later. Drawings were rudimentary and inadequate. Definitely would recommend against hiring this firm.

One of the most unprofessional experiences I've had. I engaged them for designing the new space for the expansion of a restaurant. She came with great credentials and she'd worked on several restaurants that we liked. I was very clear about what was needed and the timeline required. She said all the right things and assured me she understood and could meet my needs. She repeatedly gave me deadlines when she'd deliver plans, and then she'd disappear for weeks beyond the deadline and not answer calls or texts.
