Awesome. Top quality work. The owner is very professional and kind. Some of the BEST braiding in Charlotte. Outstanding work. While I was getting my hair braided, a customer from South Carolina drove two hours to get her granddaughter’s hair braided. I myself drove a little bit over an hour to get my service. Friendly and fast. I've been here several times over the years and I'm always satisfied with my braids. I usually get micros but went with Senegalese twist and love them. If you want a hairdo that'll last and reasonable prices go here. Make sure you call for an appt!

The work is amazing and I love bookie. She is the BEST BRAIDER HANDS DOWN. The only thing I don't like is i like my braids long and they'll give you a price... I agree to pay what they say and they will complain the whole time while braiding my hair that its too long. It makes me feel uncomfortable and like my choice to spend my hard earned money with them is not appreciated. Ive been about 5 times and every time I feel uncomfortable for this reason. Although the work is really good... I can't listen to them complain for hours and hours about braiding my hair so Ive decided I m going to go elsewhere next time.
