Good care of our clothes. They are always ready to listen when I have particular requests - like certain ways the collars need to be turned on certain shirts and blouses. Good people!!!
Had an amazing experience with Elite Cleaners. The week of my wedding I needed to get my dress pressed because it had a huge crease on the skirt (my dress fabric was all Satin), and Elite Cleaners saved the day! They were the only cleaners that agreed to the job (many said they would need 6 weeks when Elite Cleaners completed the request in 3 days) and the lead cleaner, Lila, was very proactive in communicating her progress.I felt very secure in letting her press my dress the week of the wedding.
Outrageous pricing on simple repairs: $12 and $10 for small seam repairs to lounge pants. No wonder they don't tell you the cost until you pick up!Followup: Leila the owner did get in touch with me by text and explained that these were incorrect charges and gave me a credit for more than the overcharge. So I'm revising the review from 1-star to 4-star, as the work done was of good quality.Service: Alterations
