Ask for Elena! You can book online via their website which is awesome. Elena was carefully detailed with each nail and ensured I got what I was wanting. She even broke down the price for me at the end. 10/10 Will be returning
So I've never been here before, and the place is close to me. I decided to try it because of that. Only one of the workers spoke English (they spoke Spanish) which was fine, that didn't bother me. Katherine prepped my nails very well and overall did an excellent job. However, I did get gel x but no design and it costed $91!! To me that is very pricey since I didn't get any designs and only one color. I'm not sure if that's normal for gel x but I probably won't be coming here again due to that reason. I tried this spot out on a whim because I was no longer satisfied with the service I was receiving from my regular nail salon and WHEW what a difference ! I love the atmosphere, they have a great variety of colors to choose from, and my toes look AMAZING! A lot of places only care about the aesthetics and not the customer service but Elevation Nails gives you both! I highly recommend this place.
