Almost 1 year ago the gentlemen that cuts my rental property let me know he could no longer service my area. Went to an app called thumbtack and found Mr. Emery and it has been great since then. He is always on-time, great communication. Does a really good job with the yard. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. He takes care of all the necessary maintenance tasks and keeps the property looking neat and tidy. I'm glad I found someone reliable to take care of my rental property.
