No one answers during regular business hours. Then the answers are different and vary from person to person. The warehouse house person has an attitude as the walk up window person. Also, my machine broke down and they were open for me in a pinch and provided me with some additional flavors. Everything isn’t bad with Dixie Bells. The price margins are great.

Appt.1400 arrived 1300,only 1 dock,checked back at 1430 and told they have to load there truck 1st going to be a couple more hours before they can get me to the only dock. Appointment times don't matter unless your late,lady in office very nice.don't pull in to customer,park on street and walk up.very small place,just got on dock at 1530 had bills in hand 1610.once they get you on dock its ok 40 minutes to unload.but that 1 1/2 hrs waiting past your appointment.well It cost them 3 stars.and yes I fill a little better now.

I need them to move more quickly, I almost melted at a Ice Distribution Center? They play to much and move slower then turtles! Whoever does the ordering needs to take a vacation, How are u guys ALWAYS Out 75%of the inventory? Do Better From Now on!
