My small business has been with DirectPay for *many* years and I will never leave. I consider my account manager, Latasha, a friend whom Ive never had the pleasure of actually meeting. She is so kind, accurate, reliable and very easy to communicate with. We have been through a lot together throughout the years. I consider her a member of my team. Also, Rita is fantastic and helps us out when needed. All around 5 stars for sure!

Our rep at DirectPay is a wonder. She helped us through a difficult transition from our old payroll system, and is there for us with good grace every month, for every change and special request (and with excellent backup for her occasional day off). It's great to have that level of trust and communication for something as important as payroll.

I have been using Direct Payroll Services for many years now. They are the absolute best out there. Latosha is amazing! She is always there when I need her! Goes above and beyond! Very highly recommend this company.
