The "one on one" service provided by the panicle hair designer and owner Shay, makes your experience a catered and cared for service. Having been a faithful customer for over 4 years, Shay has maintained the standard of hair care quality, excellence and customer satisfaction. She isn't "double-booked"and allows the time for individualized services. I would highly recommend this Salon!
