We have been customers for years and love the care our animals receive from the vets and the techs. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and remember our animals when they come in which is so sweet. I trust them implicitly!

They're efficient and friendly enough; it's only sometimes not terribly convenient when I have to call - I've often heard "If this is not an emergency, could you please hold" leading me to think they're overwhelmed. But I'm overall happy with them, my cats' surgery went well, and the staff is nice to them.

Absolutely love this place! Dr. May and her team, especially Heather, were so friendly and patient with me to get the international health certificate for my cat when twenty other vets I called refused to do it. They helped me walk through the entire process and treated my baby with care and passion!
