Continental Inspections came as a recommendation from our real estate agent for our pre-listing home inspection. I would highly recommend them and their representative, Jim. He arrived on time, shared what he would be doing, and finished within the timeframe given. He went over his findings in his report and emailed the same within a couple of hours. We had reached out to another home inspection company that we were familiar with for a price quote and Continental was cheaper. They could also accommodate our schedule. Great company!
