I spilled water on my laptop keyboard and despite all of my efforts to dry it out, the left mouse button and other keys wouldn't work. I reached out to Paul and I was able to drop it off later that day. He called me the following day after looking at it and provided me with an estimate for the repair and shipping time for the part. He called me a few days later to let me know the shipping time was delayed (seems to be the norm these days) and said he would let me know when he got the part and when I could pick it up. Paul at Computers 2000 did an amazing job fixing my Canon printer. He was communicative, fast, and did great work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for computer or printer repair!

Great experience with Paul and he's a really nice guy.I damaged the keyboard on my Dell laptop computer and needed it replaced. It was extremely easy to scheduled a day and time that worked for both of.I brought my laptop and the new keyboard to his office. We started talking and the next thing I knew he had already finished replacing the keyboard and it works perfectly.I highly recommend Paul's services and he will be my 1st call for any tech issues that come up in the future.Thank you Paul!
