Our A/C went out on Labor Day.
I called City Air and Rafael came out within 1 hour. Diagnosed the problem. Bad compacitor and had the A/C up and running in 10 minutes
Rafael very personable and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend City Air Experts!
Of note I have been a Priority Advantage customer of Morris Jenkins for over 4 years
And pay a monthly fee. . Since I pay a monthly fee I called them first and they couldn’t get anyone out to my house today. I asked them what is the point of being a Priority Advantage customer??
As always, your team is professional and courteous! I planned to have two parts replaced today, however, when your tech showed up, he explained he had been having technical issues with his equipment and had to replace it. He believed these issues may have resulted in readings, on his last visit, that suggested the second part needed to be replaced. He wanted to double check the readings with the new equipment to ensure the second part really needed to be replaced. Turns out it did not. In a day and age where you could have replaced the part and charged me anyway, I greatly respect and appreciate the integrity of your team that saved me money.
