My heart sank when our roof leaked after all this springtime rain, but Mark and company were wonderful. He came out same day to survey the issue, sent me an estimate, and repaired ASAP. Their professionalism, turnaround time from start to finish, and the quality of the service were all top notch. Definitely recommend Charlotte's Best Roofing and Restoration.
Can’t recommend these guys more. Their crew was professional and super efficient. They were in and out in just over a day, even with some significant wood replacement. The price was very fair and the work was top-notch. Plus, they guided me through the insurance claim process and were patient when we hit some snags in the payment timing. Huge thumbs up in making a stressful process much less so!
