My AC is not working. David said my system should be back to normal by Sunday morning.
When I got up and checked, the AC was not running at all and the thermostat was reading 10 degrees higher than it was set.
I call CLT Comfort System Emergency number, I spoke to a gentleman and explain my issue. He said he would put a ticket in. I did nt hear anything Sunday or since then.
Through all the insanity I was going through that crazy hot day...they were amazing!
It was 95 degrees....they were fast, they where kind, knowledgeable and pristine.
Thank you for being there in my awful day!!
Joe is an excellent HVAC technician. He always does the extra to ensure he leaves my system running properly. I trust him when he says something needs to be done. He is by far the best service technician Charlotte comfort has and I always ask for him.
Joe called to let me know he was on his way.Arrived on time per scheduled appointment. Performed my 6 month maintenance check. Also repaired a damper motor which had failed. I consider Joe as one of the best technicians Charlotte Comfort has on staff. I always request him if possible. He is great asset for Charlotte Comfort.
