Very unprofessional. The owner Jerry thinks name calling and threatening people is the best way to perform business. I asked if they do free estimates. Jerry said yes and that he will be onsite between 2-2:30 the next day. That night he sent a text stating, "We going to cancel. Find someone else." I said okay, but asked why the cancellation. No response so, I asked (6) more times if he could just give me a reason for cancelling. The last text I sent him I let him know I was still waiting to hear back from him. I'm holding off on giving him negative reviews but he's leaving me no choice due to lack of response and professionalism. He then text my other phone and starts threatening me. Starts calling me a prick, a child, DUMMY, crybaby, grow up, prick about several more times, jealous because I don't own my own business, Go F--- yourself, Loser, wannabe, crybaby several more times. All of this because I simply asked why he cancelled. Use Affordable Handyman Services at your own risk. The owner in my dealings is very unstable. No, I never received a price, explanation of cancellation and he didn't do any work. I cannot speak of the quality of his employees/subcontractors work because it never made it to pricing due to Jerry's lack of professionalism.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. BEWARE! Terrible terrible customer service, 0 professionalism, and rude. I truly feel sorry for anyone that hires this company, completely appalled they are even in busiDue your due diligence and check BBB and reviews before hiring.

Their website says mold remediation. However, when I tried to get an estimate for a project it was evident the guy was clueless. Then he got combative and paranoid. Swore I was out to do something deceptive. All around strange interaction. The guy wouldn't talk to me on the phone. Instead, he sent a series of rambling texts. It was obvious in the course of the rambling texts he was clueless about mold remediation and was having a mental breakdown of sorts. From looking at the other reviews, it appears this company does not know how to interact with females. And personally, I would not feel comfortable with this individual at any of my properties. This guy was very creepy. Perhaps they might be good at hauling stuff, but anything else I would avoid at all costs. On the bright side..It's always best to realize a contractor is a no go before you actually hire them. Could have been worse.
