Just purchased a replacement part for my stove. I knew the model, not the model number. I explained the issue to salesman Robert.and he knew exactly what I needed. Thank you Robert great job.
Amazing customer service. Several times, we have had to get parts from here-and everyone is so nice. On the phone and in person they are super helpful. This is ALWAYS our go to when we need to repair our home appliances.
Saved us a ton of money by being able to do simple repairs vs having to call someone out.
Really great people. Thought I knew what I needed but they listened to the problem and were able to give additional troubleshooting that saved me from buying a part I didn't really need. Very knowledgeable and helpful!
