I travelled from Arizona to North Carolina for a very SACRED religious service in our denomination and simply needed some garments pressed to be presentable. I dropped them off on 7/15/21 and was told by the clerk that I could pick them up next day 7/16/21 @ 4p. No problem, not a dry cleaning, just a press. I got there next day at 5p, as the service began at 5:30p, only to be told that 2 of my garments could not be found. The clerk (who I must say was kind and apologetic) stated that the items were missing.
