I had the exact same experience as another person. they sent me an invoice for a total amount charged and nothing itemized and expected me to blindly pay it. they never sent the invoice to my insurance so now I have to somehow figure out how to get this shady place to send it to my insurance. I'm not paying this bill unless it goes through my insurance. this is insane and i'm tired of the crappy health insurance and billing we have in this country, what a joke. I would give ZERO stars if able.

They keep sending me a bill for $247. I look at my insurance claims and called my insurance company and they told me that I have a zero dollar responsibility and that they took care of the payment. I have no idea why they sent me three bills.

Was never sent a bill for services until I received a letter from debt collector. Absolutely horrible business. As a healthcare provider it’s embarrassing that organizations like this exist.
