Carolina Thai Healing Arts, established in 2014 by Liz Kriz, is a serene and healing space specializing in Traditional Thai Massage. Liz, recognized as a pioneer in Thai bodywork in Charlotte, has studied with renowned teachers across the US, Canada, the UK, and Thailand. She is passionate about providing therapeutic bodywork, using singing bowls and specialized Thai massage to reduce anxiety, tension, and create harmony and balance. As an approved provider with NCBTMB, Liz teaches continuing education classes for licensed professionals in Thai massage, Thai herbals, modern cupping, and facial Gua Sha. She is highly intuitive, making clients feel comfortable while providing a calming and positive atmosphere.
