Contacted about a leak in my bathroom. Salesperson said it was due to an old shower that required replacement. Shower was installed incorrectly, company agreed to full reinstall. After reinstall, leak continues and company says it is not because of the shower. Company refused to compensate for predatory sales tactics, overpriced materials, and continued damage from leak they were supposed to fix initially. Shane McMahan was predatory and manipulative. Rodney Platt was condescending and unhelpful.

I just had a meeting with Jeremy Burris, and he was very helpful, and went over everything with me. He showed all of the choices and colors and helped me pick out the color scheme, and design. He was very nice and did not try to force me to pick out anything I did not want. I gave him five stars. Abbie Hollar Hickory, N.C.

We just met with David Cogburn about bathroom remodeling our bathtub and shower. he did an excellent presentation of the Jacuzzi product and gave us good design advice. We were impressed by the quality of product and the speed of installation. Need to work out other details of the project but will likely use Carolina home remodeling for to the shower/tub portion. Thank for the good ideas Daniel.
