This is our second year using carmel road animal hospital since moving to Charlotte 2 years ago and each visit has been outstanding! The check in staff and the vet technicians and veterinarians are always so friendly and caring for our baby Precious. The veterinarians spend time listening to us and explaining everything that is going on with our baby. We recommend this practice ?. Thank you for all you do for our baby Precious.
Everyone here is so incredibly nice. My dog gets incredibly anxious at the vet, but everyone here is very patient with her. The vets are very concerned with long-term solutions, which I appreciate because I want my dog to be in her best shape as long as possible. We recently had to get the TPLO surgery and we really couldn’t have gotten better care. Her recovery has been smooth thanks to the information they provided us. I highly recommend Carmel Animal Hospital to anyone who recently moved here and is looking for a vet. It’s been a really great decision for us.
