I came here for a first class FAA medical. Dr. Lyles and his staff were very professional and friendly. There was no long wait. I was taken care of promptly upon my arrival. I highly recommend getting your medical here.

I have been a patient at CareFirst since early 2020. I visit here two times a month and even though I now have insurance that unfortunately is out of network, I choose to keep my care coordinated with Dr. Lyles and staff. I came in one day for a bi-weekly appointment and it was noticed that I had a large bandage on my arm. I had informed doc what had happened just a few nights earlier and he fixed me up and made sure that my risk of infection was minimal when I walked out the door. He did it just because he cared enough to do so. I wasn't charged for anything extracurricular. Bonnie is super sweet and always a pleasure to interact with. Dr. Lyles was terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. I needed to take the USCIS Medical exams. This clinic has an automated platform to upload all the information for the I-693 immigration exam and combined with Dr. Lyles' thorough and detailed review makes the process easy and efficient. You will hardly find this type of service anywhere else.Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed w. the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.
