Unfortunately, this is the second time we had to use this company, and at the same time we were very fortunate we had to use this company for the second time. Customer service was above and beyond from the young lady behind the front desk. To my advisor (Amanda), to the person who corrected the damage to my car. My car was detailed the way I detailed my car when I picked it up. Absolutely amazing. If you ever happen to get into an accident and need your car repaired, I recommend this company 1000 times over.
Tamara was amazing. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. Not only did she keep me informed she was a true advocate for me behind the scenes. I’m so thankful for the excellent customer service, hopefully I won’t have to come back but if I do I know exactly where to come.
Unfortunately, someone thought it was a good idea to hit my car in the Food Lion parking lot and leave without a word leaving me with having to get my car repaired
I chose to take it to caliber collision and they did an outstanding job. My car looks like it was never hit!!! I hope I don’t have another car that gets damaged but if I do, I will definitely be coming back to caliber
