Kara really took the time to listen to and identify my area of pain. She continuously asked for feedback as she worked to locate the root cause of my lower back pain. I felt instant relief after our session. She also took time to explain stretches I can do to continue to stretch my problem area. I will definitely be back before returning home.
This place is amazing! I went to get a massage and was absolutely blown away at the attention to detail the therapist spent on my sore muscles! I left feeling great and very relaxed! She was able to help my body relax and in return I felt so much more energy! Very friendly and professional as well!
