BK was the first studio I tried upon moving to Charlotte about 8 months ago. I have attended a class with most if not all of the instructors and they are all wonderful in their own way. The class times and locations make it convenient to schedule. The locations are clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing.

I am loving BK Pilates! Kacie, Taylor, and Meredith are my 3 favorite instructors. I like how they don’t rush the moves and spend time getting in reps on each pose. They do a great job of stretch and strength in each class. Both studios are super clean and pretty which is always nice when going to class ?Meredith always has fun parties and snacks and giveaways for her clients. The classes also go on sale a lot! I will be buying another package very soon!

I LOVE BK Pilates - I’ve been going since the studio opened. Meredith and her team of instructors are top-notch and I am challenged every single class, and leave feeling stronger! The studios are beautiful and the BK community is amazing. Before BK, I hated working out and now I can’t go a day without my pilates fix!
