Mike England of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came for a house water filter issue we had. He was very personable and walked us through the problems and possible resolutions. He answered questions readily, showed us photos and information about our system. We have to make a decision on what to do in our home, and he made the process less complicated. I had received a high water bill for $395 and thought that I had a leak. After contacting Charlotte Water I was told that I had to have a plumber come out because I must have a leak. I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they had a technician out same day. Adam Wahl was very professional checked out everything and found that I didn’t have a leak and offered to send an email to Charlotte Water to let them know that the bill should not be my responsibility. Was very relieved and satisfied with their service. Thanks Adam! I would definitely give them a 5 star review!
Dave was extremely professional and knowledgeable and everyone we dealt with at Ben Franklin Plumbing was helpful and efficient. They identified our problem quickly and provided us with solutions
