Kim Knopp is the best! We have been using Kim for over 20 years since 2002 and request his services exclusively. He is punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and stands by his word and work. We work well together in discussing preventative plumbing measures to keep major potential future problems in check. Kim is the reason we continue to use Ben Franklin plumbing.

Nothing but good care was taken with the service, they protected my floors, and work through the house with little or no disturbance. The crew they sent was a young man and a woman and they were both so polite. I will definitely be hiring this company again.
