I started going to Beem last year as part of Self care/ wellness journey. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the cleanliness of this facility. Staff is always so friendly and helpful, especially Carrie (spelling), who is so personable, patient and wants to make sure you have the best experience.I’m a busy mama and the sauna has been helping me de-stress, feel relaxed and even aided in my inflammation issues. I’ve been coming to Beem Light Sauna for over a year and will continue coming here as long as I’m in Charlotte. The staff is great and the sauna rooms and bathrooms are always super clean.
Absolutely 10/10 experience! Was warmly welcomed by all members of staff, everything was so clean and organized! Maryann, the general manager of beem, walked me through everything and ensured I had everything I needed for my first session! She was very hands on with her staff and so so kind!! Will definitely be back!
