I was referred to Authorized Commercial Equipment Service by Kitchenaid for a minor repair on my mixer - I wish every service experience I have was as good as this one. They were very upfront about the estimate and potential issues they may run into. Very easy to communicate with and repaired my mixer sooner than quoted.
Great company to work with - I really enjoyed speaking with Roger and Shannon. 10/10 - would definitely recommend working with these guys. They've helped our family for generations - love them!
Had my first experience with this company today. We had a 60quart mixer down and needed it repaired ASAP. I spoke on the phone with Jay, from service. He gathered some required information from me and told me he would have a tech dispatched within 30 mins- we could expect him on site within the hour. Curtis showed up and accessed the problem for us, it would take ordering a few parts to permanently fix the problem, but he got the mixer up and running! Kudos to Authorized- they truly helped us out with this critical repair issue. Highly recommend!
