Atrium Health Carolinas Rehabilitation Pediatric Therapy

We have only had positive experiences here. My daughter broke her elbow and had surgery with pins to put it back in place. Once she was healed enough we came here with hopes of improving her range of motion. The PT was very gentle with her, never pushed her too hard (which was the surgeon's concern with PT), and remembers every detail of her life that my daughter tells her. The staff are friendly, helpful, polite and kind, and the place couldn't be cleaner. Someone is constantly disinfecting something. My daughters range of motion has improved dramatically in just 5 visits. I couldn't be more pleased with the care and treatment.

Ms. Tawanda Allen is the first person you see when you walk into Carolinas Rehabilitation. She greets you with a smile on her face and is willing and ready to help you. I had to reschedule a few appointments and she always volunteered to go over and above to help me. Although I've been released from physical therapy I will never forget the great service I received from all of my therapists (Melissa M, Robert M. and Shubhra T.) and especially the great customer service from Ms. Tawanda Allen! Thank you (Ms. Tawanda Allen) for helping me to start each session off on the right foot with your positive energy!
