The general manager Curtis Threat is awesome. He really understands customer service. The place is clean, organized and inviting. Great job to he and the team. This is the University Cory location.
My experience at Americas best was great! Dr. Washington was amazing. All of the staff was helpful and friendly! Curtis was helpful and explained the options and helped me determine what was best for me! I will return next year!!
I had an appointment for an eye exam for new glasses today at the Northlake location. Everything went perfectly from the start. Receptionist was welcoming, warm & courteous. The lady who performed the pre-test, kind and thorough. The dr was amazing! She was well spoken, clearly knowledgeable in her field and took the time to explain anything I had questions about. So far, a perfect experience right? But, there's one more step-picking frames & ordering glasses. While waiting for my turn I picked out the frames I liked & took a seat & waited to be called.
