Rented an apartment from the Alarca Property Management for the first time in many years and I will tell you this. These folk did an amazing job. Everything was well coordinated and seamless. If you ask them a question, you get a quick response. It was a real pleasure dealing with Rosalin Rangel and the whole Alarca Team.
Susan has been wonderful to work with! Her knowledge of the business was spot on with getting our property rented quickly. We feel very lucky to have our property managed by Alarca!
Stayed at an Airbnb managed by these individuals and not only were they prompt with handling any issues we had but Micah, a customer support rep, handled an issue I had after our stay magnificently. Highly recommend this company with any property management needs or Airbnb stays.
